My name is Nikki Mackay and I am a 2004 Ray-Pec High school graduate.  My first two years of college were spent playing  volleyball at Sterling College.  I received 1st Team All KCAC and Libero of the Year my freshman year.  I broke school records in digs in a match/game, serve/receive percentage, and lead the conference in all defensive aspects, including setting one national record in digs per match.  My sophomore year I picked up All KCAC honors again, but I was not able to break my own records.  My junior year of college I transferred to McPherson College.  I again broke all the defensive records my junior year and was named to the All KCAC team my last two seasons of college.  Throughout my four years in college I was also named "Libero of the Week" several times throughout my career, including a career high of four times my junior year.  I was a six time "Regional Libero of the Week," and a three time runner-up for "National Libero of the Week."  I presently hold the NAIA record for digs per game.   After my freshman year of volleyball I was recruited to play for the U.S. International Team in Aruba, getting to play teams from all over the area.  This past June I got the opportunity to travel through Europe (Italy, France, England) to play volleyball for the Goodwill Ambassadors Tour.  I have been blessed with many opportunities to play the game I love.  

Not only am I a player, but I am a coach as well.  I was recently named the new Junior Varsity Volleyball coach at Raymore Peculiar High school.  Along with that, I have run many volleyball camps in Kansas and Missouri.  I have also had the opportunity to coach club volleyball for 3 years.  The past two years include the ages of 16's, 17's, and 12's from Salina Juniors.  My team was ranked number two in the region, winning or placing at every tournament participated in.  This next off-season I will be coaching for the Southside Swarm.  If you have any questions about them you can contact me, or the Club Director, Chris Heman at www.southsideswarmvbc.com.  Thank you for taking the time to read about me.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.  Thanks again!

My purpose

I am here to help promote the playing of volleyball.  There are new ideas of how to play and I can be that person who teaches you how!  My personal and business motto is "Respect All Fear None", which means, no matter who you face on or off the court show your upmost respect for them, show no fear for them or anything else.  Do your job on and off the court. 

Available times

This is new for me, but I am ready and willing to start whenever is a good time for YOU!  However, I am about to go on vacation here in a couple weeks but until then we can try to figure something out.  I am still working on where to rent out space and I have a couple places in mind, but I will let you know where to arrive at.  Thank you for you understanding and patience!
